Send reports to libra@greedmonster.app. For a calculation problem, include the tool URL, the non-sensitive input needed to reproduce it and the result you expected. Do not email identification numbers, copies of official records or other private data.

Details that help us check a report

• Calculation errors: the tool URL, a fictional input that reproduces the issue, the displayed result and the result you expected.
• Wording or source corrections: the page heading, the sentence in question and a link to the reference you used.
• Layout or accessibility problems: the action you tried, your browser and device type, and what prevented you from continuing.
• Advertising issues: the page and how the ad affected reading or using the tool. You do not need to click an ad to report it.

Include only what you know. Use made-up dates instead of your own date of birth, and remove names, addresses, account details and other personal information from screenshots. Please do not attach official documents.

What we can answer

We welcome reports about incorrect boundaries, unclear English, broken layouts and accessibility. Kurashi Tools cannot interpret an individual legal, immigration, tax or school case. Contact the responsible public office or qualified professional when an official decision is required.

Replies and time-sensitive questions

We review reports as we are able and reply when needed. We cannot promise a response time or an individual reply to every suggestion. If a filing or school deadline is approaching, check with the responsible office instead of waiting for a reply from this site.
